Cancellation can be processed only for orders that have not yet been dispatched, with a cancellation fee of Rs.50, by contacting our customer care. Orders that have been shipped already are not eligible for cancellations. Full refund for orders eligible for cancellation takes 5 – 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

It is highly recommended that, if a cancellation is required, it be initiated on the same day of order placement so as to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that any order is subject to cancellation if the product in order is out of stock, in which case a full refund is initiated.
